A little history:
In 1980 Rob Packard, having been in the construction industry since 1975, helped found See the Light Construction at a location on south Broadway in Denver, Colorado.
In 1986 See the Light becomes Skylight Specialists. A year later Rob buys out all partners to become sole owner and then incorporates in 1992.
In 2024, Skylight Specialists opened a fourth branch in Austin, Tx.
Branch Manger Rory Sterling
Born in Texas City, Rory grew up in Houston and has lived in Austin for 30 years. Rory has been working in the daylighting business for ten years. He began as a Solatube installer and has a wealth of experience.
Rory is a fitness enthusiast, an avid trail runner and a Houston Astros and Texans fan. He is blessed to have three children. Other interests include listening to Biohacking podcasts and traveling.
